Terms and Conditions of Sale

The website beeing.it is owned by ACME21 S.r.l., with registered office at Via Galileo Galilei 2, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italy. VAT no. 02574730392, REA RA‑213977, Share Capital €50,300 fully paid up.

These General Terms govern distance sales of products sold via the beeing.it website. They are exclusively intended for final consumers pursuant to Arts. 3 and 45 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. Separate conditions apply to professional purchases.

An order placed via the website constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon dispatch by Beeing of an order confirmation email.

Beeing reserves the right to decline incomplete, non-compliant, or suspected fraudulent orders. In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified and any debited amount will be fully refunded.

All prices are stated in Euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (surcharge applies).

Delivery is made via express courier. Standard delivery times are 3–5 business days from order fulfillment for Italy, 7–14 days for the EU, and 10–20 days for the rest of the world.

Any delays beyond Beeing's control (force majeure, strikes, weather conditions) do not entitle the customer to reject goods or claim a refund.

Pursuant to Arts. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify their decision to , using the standard withdrawal form or an equivalent statement.

The product must be returned intact in its original packaging at the consumer's expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the original payment method.

Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (e.g., honey with custom labeling), nor to bee swarms already delivered.

All products sold via beeing.it are covered by a legal warranty of conformity of 24 months (Arts. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code). In case of non-conformity, consumers are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, or alternatively a price reduction or contract termination.

B‑BOX is an urban beekeeping hive. Although designed for maximum safety, its use involves inherent risks associated with bees. The customer agrees to:

• Verify local regulatory compliance regarding beekeeping in their area.
• Register the apiary in the National Beekeeping Database (BDA) within statutory deadlines.
• Comply with minimum distance requirements from dwellings and public spaces.
• Use recommended protective equipment.

Beeing is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to comply with user manual instructions.

Contractual relations are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction belongs to the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy. European consumers may also use the European Commission's platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.
